Bio · The story so far
Hi, I'mAlex Feyer.
For nearly a decade, I have been documenting weddings, celebrations, and family stories across Europe and beyond. Having photographed more than 250 weddings in 15 countries, I have learned that the most meaningful photographs are never about perfect poses — they are about real emotions, honest moments, and the people who matter most.
My work is created for couples who appreciate timeless elegance, refined aesthetics, and imagery that will feel just as relevant in twenty years as it does today. Inspired by both classic wedding photography and contemporary fashion, I strive to create photographs that are sophisticated, emotional, and effortlessly authentic.
Italy holds a special place in my heart and has become the destination where I have documented most of my weddings. Its beauty, culture, and sense of celebration continue to inspire my vision.
I speak English, Ukrainian, Hungarian, and Russian, allowing me to connect with couples from different backgrounds and cultures around the world.
Recognized among Europe's Top 30 Wedding Photographers in 2023 and honored with three CEWES Awards in 2024 for Ceremony, Detail, and Editorial photography, I remain focused on what truly matters: creating meaningful images that preserve not only how your wedding looked, but how it felt.
Because long after the flowers have faded and the music has stopped, your photographs will remain — carrying your memories, your emotions, and your story forward for generations.
The Philosophy
I don't shoot weddings. I capture the way two people exist when the world finally pauses to notice them.
Every couple, every event, every location has its own light. The job is not to impose a style — it's to find the photograph that was already there, waiting.
Black-and-white isn't a filter. It's a way of seeing.
What I believe

Editorial over documentary
I document the day, but I think like a magazine art director. Every frame is composed for the page it could live on.
Quiet on the floor
I don't direct from the sidelines. I move when the moment moves and disappear when it doesn't.
Print before screen
I edit every frame imagining it printed at 30cm. If it doesn't hold up at that size, it doesn't make the gallery.
Less is more
A hundred excellent images outlive a thousand average ones. I deliver curated galleries, not data dumps.

A short history
Ten years,in dates.
2016
First wedding
Picked up a camera in Budapest and shot a friend's wedding in Croatia. Was hooked.
2018
Full-time photographer
Quit my job in advertising. Booked twelve weddings in the first year, including my first destination commission in Tuscany.
2020
Editorial features
First print feature in a regional bridal magazine. Two more by year-end.
2022
Switched to medium format
Added a Hasselblad X2D to the kit. The look changed permanently.
2023
Europe's Top 30
Named among Europe's Top 30 Wedding Photographers — a quiet, meaningful milestone.
2024
Three CEWES Awards
Honored for Ceremony, Detail, and Editorial photography in the same year.
2026
Now
Photographing 18–24 destinations a year across Europe and beyond. Italy continues to feel like home.
